AtHletes Ready!

Athletics Australia, in conjunction with the AIS, wanted to deliver a series of athlete-led videos that would help prepare for the Paris Olympics and Paralympics.

GHC filmed with a number of prominent Australian athletes sharing some of their first hand experiences and advice for other Olympians to get them ready for the big event!
